The business was at 100 headcount and was experiencing a period of growth.
They were struggling with traditional recruitment agencies because of their speed to hire, the quality of hire and a low offer acceptance rate.
We built their recruitment function from scratch by introducing new structures and processes for interviews, training hiring managers, and ensuring candidates were being assessed objectively.
Additionally, we made sure that candidate experience was exceptional to boost FullCircl’s employer brand. We built and maintained their Glassdoor rating at 4.8.
