Paid needed to hire their founding Engineering and Product team, who were crucial to the business' growth. They had tried to hire through traditional agencies, but the quality of candidates they were receiving was not high and speed to hire was slow.
We embedded one of our team members on a fractional basis for 8 weeks. We built out their recruitment process from scratch including designing their employer branding and candidate packs.
We filled 3 Founding Engineer roles and 1 Product Manager.
