Rhino.Fi is a crypto exchange company that needed to double its headcount following a Series A raise.
Rhino.Fi were using a number of recruiters and were pulled for resource as hiring managers were spending a lot of time interviewing potential candidates and hiring.
We streamlined their end-to-end recruitment process and reduced the time the founders, C-suite and engineers spent interviewing by handling all first stage interviews.
Additionally, we helped them onboard a new advertising agency and crafted their employer branding and interview process to attract and retain quality hires that were right for the business.
