They were experiencing business growth and struggling with the costs and quality of hires made from recruitment agencies across the globe.
We embedded ourselves into TalkRemit to unify their hiring process across different locations. We implemented new processes, conducted salary benchmarking and built out progression plans for the business.
We also set up their entire tech team from scratch in Turkey, setting up employment of record (EOR).
